What is a 1200+ con's artisan at level 220s chance for grade 7? Cause my level 194 1090 con artisan is only 66%

you percent raises by you level, so when your 220, you should have around 80 percent +

God i'm a moron, I failed a grade 7 sapphire because i didn't think your level affected your % chance.. GG WP lesson learned

Even with 1200 con and level 220 you can still fail a [7]Gem...there's always a fail rate.
