After renewal many equips became crappy. I loved the Jur because of its 3 slots and decent damage.

But after renewal is it advisable for 125+ GX's to have a Jur? Or even Specialty Jur [4]

I was planning on getting a Double Slicing Double Critical Specialty Jur [4] with double attack via chick hat.

or

Triple Critical Jur [3].

But do not know if Jur [3] is advisable after renewal

IMO, don't even bother. You'll be killing like a snail with the kind of crap DPS it offers. After renewal there are far more better katars out there that put jur to shame like, say a Durga. You are pretty much lowering your killing potential as a GX.

Unless you plan on leeching HP while mobbing with Rolling Cutter, a quad hunterfly jur would do the trick. OR better yet, might as well start saving up for a KVM katar.

But I thought KvM were ideally for PvP and not PvM?

KvM also good for PvM in a certain case..... like for +9 KvM katar, u have a chance to achive max aspd.
