Hi,

I'm making one myself, just reached lvl 100 for now. And so far, I just add CON up to my level to avoid miss, and all the rest in INT. Results aren't so bad :)

Yeah keep Con as your level, Int for your AP, and if you are not with healer and you feel too squishy you should get some Str for surviving.

1 str for every 5 int
con 1 per level up to 150 con dont go higher.

str gives ap not as high as int but as you add more int it requires more stats points as where to the point where 1 int will give you 5-7 str.

also the str will give you more HP and defense so you can aoe more and level easier

(stats info pull from rose na wiki)
Str for staff per stats
Attack: 0.3

int for staff per stats added
Attack: 0.6
