Probably the one i reported nearly an hour ago. Has to do with Carnival Tickets right? That's why servers are going down right now

Didnt seem like anybody was abusing it (on ymir at least).
Was kinda random to get it started though (only happend on 2 of my chars so far).

Okay. I checked it. It's fixed. The girl that gives you a ticket for a peice of cake didn't take your cake or have a cooldown. You were able to talk to her repeatedly for more tickets.
