Many many turans use Charged bolt between 2 elec bolts for extra burst damage; the equivalent of Fire ball --> Flame arrow --> Fire ball for Shamans what.
But Charged Bolt has the same animation as Elec Bolt, which is a problem. Quite a few people end up mistaking it for a cooldown hack, thinking we just shot 3 elec bolts extremely fast.
Solution: give Charged Bolt a new animation! Shaman's Flame Arrow doesn't have the same animation as Fire ball ><

They should make every skill look different.
It helps to quickly identify what you've been hit with and what to do.

Yes, and imagine if someone have the elec enchant that thorw an extra ball... lol.
The new Charged bolt could be a ray that come out from the hand and reach the target, connecting them for one sec.

It was easy for me to point out from the verry begining that after playing Cabal online and coming to requiem skills in this game are like 3 grades down. It's on the lvl of first lineage with poor animation which doesn't go well with dna or other skill changes.
It's just simply cheap...
