You can only gift 1000, 2000, and 3000 WPE respectively.

But I never noticed it too big an issue. 1k WPE is the standard norm to give out as a gift.

playspan or go online and buy a code for a $5 UGC. you pay the $5, and he'll get 600 WPE from the redemption bonus. Unless you had the WPE on the account already then nvm. Though I could understand them adding a 700 WPE option as that is the price of a 1 month subscription for VIP heh.
