Couldn't it be implemented for our server?? I mean I know our data is implemented from the more conservative KRO, but it wouldn't affect them...

This comes up fairly regularly and ultimately it's up to kRO and Korea is a very conservative backwards place. Mods need to close the thread before some asswipe expresses how bigoted he/she is.

But do we really have to abide by their regulations? Would it be illegal to implement something not confirmed with their consent or something?
