wow i cant believe im not the only one who did that. I still believe my characters are put on a big evil whammy. You will never know untlill you look at the source code ... like a negative vip which decreases chances instead of increasing drop rate chances.

damn, 60 certs and no +10? i'd just quit at that point and never look back. prob because out of the 20 things i got to +10 none of em took more then 4 certs

before you begin an upgrading fest, do some math. If it's an Item that people regularly sell upgraded, just buy it.

I have really crappy luck getting to +7
From 6-7 i wasted 15 safe to 7 certs on my valk shield
When i got it to +7 all it took was two enriched elu to +9 it..

I think enriched hammer has a crush on me or something because this always happens o.o

it's 10 % chance, so in theory you would have succeeded 2 times at least, but theory never works in practice

best advice is be patient. as in, don't go buy 30 safe to +10 certs, instead buy 5-6 and try them one at a time over the course of two days or something...

350 hd is the average that it takes to get +9 so yeah.

Took me around 75+ tried to get one of my KVMs up to +10
I remember sending in an angry ticket about it :x

is doesnt matter lost about zeny but the worst they keep lower they price in market cuz they are desprate to get zeny. Auction is bad thing without count the lost that u spent at all..

The game is not broken at all at the +10 cert upgrade level. It is up to you the player if you are trying to make a profit or keeping the item for yourself. Every upgrade is a gamble, dont matter what you upgrade. Upgraded a total of 3 +9 CEB, with 6 on the first one, 22 on the second and 8 on the third. After that i figure if your trying to sell something u upgrade at +10, your not making any profit. Best not to waste money on upgrade and just buy it from other players unless its KVM which u have to upgrade. Good luck upgrading.
