Is there any reasonable way to get 150 dex on a scholar (By reasonable I mean basically anything but orleans gloves)? I have a 95 bolt scholar his stats are 99 dex, 90 int and 2x vit (not sure how much exactly...)

There is no "reasonable" way by your definition. It requires orleans gloves, dex food, etc.

x2 nimble gloves, +2 dex valk armor or +3 dex armor of other type, bg wand/thorn staff, wcp, ramen hat and dex food, doesn't require robo eyes so you can use s.elven/sunnies for mid headgear slot.

Before renewal of curse, 99 dex + 11 job bonus dex + 10 (2* dex nimble orlean glove) + 8 Dex switching Valk armor [+3Dex] (72 vit) + 4 Dextrous Survivors Rod (Dex) +4 Ramen Hat + 1 Robo eyes +10 dex food + 3 dex box of ____(atention concentrate lvl 1) = 150 dex
