You do need 90+ AGI to MVP with vanishing point, but AGI won't help you with PVM / leveling. From this point on you will just be mobbing and killing with OB. I know a lot of crusaders or maybe even paladins like to go high AGI to level with spear quicken, but you won't be doing that as RG. Also note that Gramps turn in parties will give you very good exp too (last day of 3x exp today).
For leveling, I would personally suggest aiming for 90 VIT, 90 STR, 70 DEX, and maybe a bit of INT for SP / SP recovery if you want. Then build your DEX up to 90 for the heroic backpack bonus. Feel free to increase any of the VIT/STR values up to 100 but probably not beyond 105. I believe you will want at least 95 VIT so that you have 100 VIT after adding the +5 job bonus for stun immunity. Yes, even if you are aiming for MVP-ing / high AGI, you will need 95 VIT to keep you alive (MVPs hurt). After that I would then start building up your AGI for MVP / end-game use (90+ AGI). LUK you won't need much of but it may be useful to get a little for ATK / HIT (maybe 20 or 30 max).
For skills, the other links give a pretty good breakdown already, but it's not as straightforward for RGs as it is for other classes since you really don't have the points to get them all. You will want to decide whether you are getting Inspiration or not. Inspiration makes you really strong for 90 seconds, but it does use up 1% EXP and means you have to keep leveling / grinding even after you hit 150. Overbrand / VP maxed is a given since you already decided to go with that build. If you got Rapid Smiting as Paladin, you will probably reset after a couple job levels to get rid of it since VP will be a lot better. Guard is good for tanking in your party, so try to get at least level 5 or maxed if possible. Defending Aura is very good and you need it for sure, although you may not use it all that often in PVM. You will need at least level 1 spear quicken, but you may not have enough skill points to max it (it helps Overbrand damage). Make sure you have Bash (swordsman skill) maxed as well as it influences VP damage. Sacrifice helps your party out a lot but you do not need to max it (and you don't even need to get it at all but some people might hate you for that). Play around with a skill build here -->

Maybe post your current build / skills and we can maybe make recommendations on whether you should reset or not. End game build is usually what's more important if you are mostly doing turn ins and not soloing.
