My question to Oda is: will kRO have to evaluate and put an 'ok' on the changes the iRO community suggests?
'Cause that might be a problem. I'm not sure how they mistook -50% Arrow Storm damage for a potential +30% AS damage the first time around.
The volunteer team basically tried to do what the Mora equips started (or tried to do). Thanks to her/them!
Are the accessories coming as well, or has the idea been dropped?
Since people have started pitching in, I'll contribute my idea towards the class I'm most knowledgeable about,
not straying from the SR theme - "we're getting what we want, not what we need".

A finely crafted hat designed just for Maestros. You can't see from the outside, but on the inside is written every song a Maestro needs to make it big!
- Each level of Voice Lessons learned gives +1 pDodge, additional +5 pDodge if maxed (total +15 at Lv10)
- If upgraded to +7 or higher, increase Severe Rainstorm damage by 25%.
- If upgraded to +9 or higher, reduces the SP cost of Severe Rainstorm by 20.
