I want to transfer my Sura to my Royal Guard's account, they are on the same server [valkyrie server]. My main problem is that my Sura is not under the same Warp Portal Master Account with my Royal Guard, however, I am curious if using the option Add an existing account service .I will add my Sura's account to my Royal Guard's Warp Portal Master Account then use the character account transfer. I would like hear to the community's feedback, especially the Admins about this. Is this possible? If not, is there any other way I could transfer my character even if they're not within the same Warp Portal Master Account? Please help me...


Here is the condition for the character account transfer service.

We now offer a service where a player can transfer one or more characters from one account to another account* under the same Warp Portal Master Account. *The character is to remain on the same server.

Fees:

Transfer a single character from one account to another for 1500 WP Energy.

Each additional character is 500 WP Energy when requested at the same time.

Restrictions:
1.

A character can only be transferred to another account registered under the same Warp Portal Master Account.

2.

A character can only be transferred to the same server that it was originally on.

3.

The account that you are requesting to transfer to needs to have the appropriate number of

open slots

to transfer the character(s) to. If there is not enough slots, the GM Team will ask you to delete the appropriate number of characters to make room before the transfer is to be completed.

This kind of requests are looked at case by case basis. As long as you are the original owner of both WarpPortal master accounts, there's a likelihood that they will allow it, however if you are NOT the original owner of either one of the WarpPortal master account, it will not go through.

what if they do consider it - how can I transfer my Sura if its not under my RG's warp portal master account? can you please explain the process? Its because when I try to use the add an existing account option in warp portal, it says "

You have provided incorrect information or it already belongs to another WarpPortal account."

You have to send in a ticket and explain your situation.

I've actually tried this before and they told me on the ticket they wouldn't allow it.
