Unable to login

hello i'm getting sick of this warpportal it wont let me login to active a game i want to play, i enter my login and password it is RIGHT... and all it does each time is this Image below and says i'm still logged out? if i click on account management it goes asks me to login again and when i do i get the same stupid broken message WTH ! i also have both the latest flash and shockwave installed.


i had no problems when i registered and java is enabled . . .

Try using a different browser.

Same issue here.

I have tried logging with Firefox, Chrome, Aurora and IE9. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Hello, I'm having the same problem, it really gets on my nerves. Is there really no other way than hoping that it works this time? Other browser didn't help here, either.

Did you clear Cookies & Cache on all the browsers you use?

Also a good program to use is Ccleaner, it clears any left over webby type files which may hinder your online surfing experiences.... ( Wow did I just say that? )

Kinda catchy...

same issue here.

But as suggested in the text: I go to http//www.adobe.com/shockwave/download
then I download flash shockwave player together with google chrome.

when I try again using google chrome, it worked.

I was having the same problem a week now, already sent a ticket. I tried Mozilla, IE9 and safari even. I have just installed chrome, didn't work for me, even though everything is up to date.... Maybe it's a windows 7 problem? Or maybe something wrong with warp portal. I am betting on the latter.

It's not a windows 7 problem, because I have the same issue with Vista. Yesterday I had to retry about 10 times including restarting the computer until I finally could log in and today it's again not working.

I seem to having an issue with logging onto Warp Portal's main page as well. For some really weird reason I can't log in at all at home, but at work I have no problems.

At home I'm using the latest version of Opera (and last night I tried Google Chrome and even IE as well) - doesn't work. The page doesn't either load or with Opera I get an announcement that the connection got timed out. I have the latest plugins for my Opera as well, so that shouldn't be the issue... Any ideas what I could try to do to fix this?

Bump. Doesn't seem like anyone cares.
Still having the same issue for 3 months now.
Reinstalled java shockwave and flash players. Updated every browser. Did everything possible. Customer support keeps saying its working when it isn't. I have to ask an online friend I trust to refresh my VIP. Thank god I put points in advance. But this is ridiculous and makes me not want to play at all.
