I couldn't find any thread that described what this skill does exactly. Does it just "resist" whatever % of attacks or is it more related to dodge?

Is there any mirror damage involved?

Hover your cursor over your defense or Magic defense stat in your character stats window.

Block Rate is the chance you have to block an attack upon getting hit. Blocking reduces the attack power of the enemy for that hit.

Block Power is the amount of attack power the enemy's stat is reduced by upon getting hit.

A move can miss and be blocked at the same time also.

So block % is taken into account before the dodge rating, instead of after wards? i was gonna ask that a while ago and never did,
