Go ask friends/guildies. They might have reserved your name for you.

I wasn't planning on buying VIP until it has a tangible effect on Classic servers, so I just had a friend who plays Ymir grab my names. Seems you lucked out, though haha.

I thought the same too , given susan is a pretty common name ... but then it might have been Susan_H like in her signature ... which is likely a name jump
