Please make sure that you are noting the name of the NPC you are talking to and what guide and step of the guide you are on.

Its the last step of the hunter test where i need to give the npc the neckless of wisdom. but if i have the item in my inventory and i click on the npc the window doesnt pop up

I thought ClassicRO was supposed to be PreRenewal but it's seriously just .

SO MAD RIGHT NOW, maps aren't all what they used to be. No GG-maps? JUST MAKE IT LIKE IT WAS.. !

I thought that was supposed to be the point? Pre-Renewal, but changed up so experienced players and n00bs have a level field... so no one has the advantage. Also, it's to counter botting or something...

I don't know where else to post this regarding the classic server, but, would it be possible for GMs to inforce some kind of rule regarding setting up of vending shops in Pront? Like they should be set up only at the side of the roads. Coz its really frustrating in Valk, where ur walking thru pront and many times mistakenly click on a shop. Just a suggestion.

I can't run the classic RO at all. My renewal is updated and i even logged in for it. I exited, then i try running classicRO.exe and it brings up a continous setup prompt. No matter what i click with the setup, it keeps coming back. I have to kill the clragexe to make it stop. Any suggestions on this?

Thats called Pre-Amatsu spawns! There was no GG map like it used to be after Amatsu!

When I try to patch the regular client (as admin) I get a message saying "Ragnarok Online Has been forced to close" at the very end of the ~30 minute patch process. Not the exact words cause I clicked out of it. Is this because the server is down right now? I seem to remember being able to patch and attempt to log on before it told me failed to connect.

So... Are we getting dual client anytime soon? It is so troublesome to use my 2nd comp for vending. Also, wish we have the renewal interface and kafra shop icon so that I don't have to go to town and eden to buy kafra shop items.

I would be very satisfied with the addition of dual-clienting.

But I understand if they've decided not to include it. I remember back when I started in 2004 this was against the rules. They may be trying to further encourage partying. Or selling leeches, in the case of forgers and brewers.

Just an update on this in case anyone had/is having the same problem/knows how to fix it (and it's definitely not due to the server being down. I uninstalled and redownloaded/reinstalled and have been trying to patch the regular client as admin. The problem now is it will fail to patch a random update, which is different each time, and then force me to begin patching from the beginning (4/4/11 or something). Once it even failed on the 6/28/12 update : ( Not sure what else to try...
