ALL NAME already exists?

Dear GM, I'm VIP.But I cannot get my name in classic server!

At the first time I log in, I dropped when I submit my cha's name(when display "Please wait..." or something like that).

After that, the game display "CHARACTER_INFO size error!!character num:1 CHARACTER_INFO size:116" when I login every time ! I can still enter the Characer Select Menu and the Create Menu.(No character is created.5 slot are empty)BUT always say the character name already exists whatever the name is !! (even like “13j0c0w3”)

Help me Plz !

For the classic server, you need to use the new ClassicRO.exe in your ragnarok folder.

for a particular reason, I get this error, but only on renewal servers.

Classic is just fine when I launch from the classicRO.exe, but the other servers when I launch from the Ragnarok.exe on the other hand... it's wigging out.

The continuous setup window is because, for some reason, the setup program is unable to write to the registry. Try running setup.exe in the ragnarok folder as Admin.

I've tried opening the game from ClassicRO.exe but now I'm stuck in the continuous setup window loop. Nothing gets rid of this window except a full shutdown. I tried running setup.exe in the ragnarok folder but that did not help. What am I doing wrong here...?

Make sure to start the game from the exe in the game folder, not a shortcut and that when you run it that you right click and select "run as administrator"

But now my client window is itty-bitty... how do I change the video resolution? The setup seems to be linked only to the main client and not the classic client.

To change the resolution, you need to run Setup.exe in your RO folder as admin to make changes.

i have tried all the step, but in the end the RO screen just too small like a line.

the same for me, ive run the setup as admin and the classicRO opens up and is about this size |----|.... its basically just a small line or box. any fix to it?

sorry for the double post, i just fixed it... there is a setup and a classic_setup, i feel dumb. make sure to run classic setup as admin and change resolution etc.

I'm having a similar error, but here the error number is 108... I tried to reinstall, to open as manager and to open the classicRO.exe at the game folder but the error persists!
And as I go to the character select page, another carachter (that is not mine) appears there and if I try to use it, the server falls!
What should I do?
