No matter what the VIP service does, there are terms and conditions bound to its purchase. They aren't even obligated to give you ANYTHING for VIP. So I guess be happy with it. (There are no refunds for WPE purchases of any kind, as far as I'm aware.)

i hope you realized they gave VIP 5 characters, and non-vip 3. be happy with it. Your fault for buying, not the GMs. if you dont like it, simply quit.

I got VIP and I don't feel like I need a refund but, they did actually say that VIP would get 9 characters and non-VIPs would get 1 character, so some people probably feel like they got a bit shafted.

I got VIP and I don't feel like I need a refund but, they did actually say that VIP would get 9 characters and non-VIPs would get 1 character, so some people probably feel like they got a bit shafted.

They said they'll start with 5 and then open up 9 a bit later when the ruckus has died down.

What is false advertising? Heim said many times that VIP is not functional and that the only perk VIP would give you on classic server is early name grab and more character slots. Both of these are services received for the most part.
