Hi,

I removed the game from my PC, and when i come back to Classic server, I download it again, but when i launch the patcher, it always stops on 15-08-2011 ( Faild to get it )

So what? how can i reslove that?
Please GM re-upload the client, it's very old

When and from where did you download the game. If you are getting the failed to get error, the client you have installed is too old or you are installing new data in the same folder as old client data.

I've downloaded it today from warpportal website ==" , and I patched the patcher, then I see the problem on the same file..

GM Oda, When will you re-upload the client? or how can i download it manually?

hope to resolve it

Redownload the client from here http://irowiki.org/w...nts_and_Patches and install it in a completely new folder. Make sure that if you have an antivirus program/firewall that it is not blocking the game from connecting to the patch server.

I'm redownloading the client myself to see if I can duplicate the error you've received. On the new install, are you starting regular ragnarok.exe first and running that as an admin?

The problem is only with this file, I don't know what i have to do
But i will try more and more until it be resolved

but really i hope that you re-upload the client as a new version, because it's very old, and that may makes the new users leave (Alienate) the game when they see the whole of the updates ( 248 files )

I ran into the same error, but when I right clicked on the Ragnarok.exe and selected "Run as Administrator" it was able to patch properly.

Hmm,

Now I try to download the new version ( March 2012 )
But when i click to open the link, an error appears:

Can't write to log file! Please Change the file permissions (CHMOD to 666 on UNIX machines!)

We don't control iROwiki's site, please contact them for support on that. For both of the clients, you might try right clicking on the ragnarok and classicro exe files, go to properties and toggle for them to run as admin normally. If you have norton or a similar strict antivirus, you may need to turn them off while you are attempting to patch. If you are on a school or work connection, they may not be allowing your PC to connect properly to our servers.
