I'll keep it brief. After you progressed to the point where you are supposed to show your "Necklace of Wisdom" you actually cannot show it, since the according NPC does NOTHING, when you click it.

Please hotfix this ASAP, since I didn't reduce myself to 2 hours of sleep to postpone my job change another day!

There are currently 3 archers sitting and waiting in the Hunter's Guild.

That is not true, they are ingame. Also you can get pointed scales from plants

Bump ... ! There's gonna be a line forming at the job change NPC soon ...

Edit: The NPC will talk to you if you drop your Necklace of Wisdom, and tells you she'll let you change but you have to bring a necklace of wisdom (penetration) back ASAP. Picking it back up causes her to not talk to you again.

Unless Doddler's map is wrong, Stem Worms can be found in Clock Tower Basement Floor 1 along with Drainliars.
