The launch of the classic server is such a success, the Valk population has barely decreased, and the population of the classic server greatly exceedes that number, showing that MANY people actually came back for the Classic server, superb. I know there is a small percentage of multi-clienters, I'm sure. But still many returned.
I returned soley for the Classic server, but I could not wait any longer and rolled on the renewal, coming to find out, the renewal is actually pretty awesome, I have played RO since 2002, yes, I remember a time when the only PVP was in a series of events taking place in Lutie. I still plan to roll on the classic server, but not until the econ is more developed as well as WoE.
I encountered the dreadful-well-known thief-to-sin job change glitch, where at job level 50 if you complete the quest, it glitches out on you leaving to empty handed (Necklace of Oblivion, your [1]Slotted weap of choice.) During the maitnence, I opened a GM ticket (had to have been atleast 11-12 oclock) telling them that I wanted my damn necklace and [1]weap! And sure enough, after maitnence that night I had it. I know any _major-mainstream_ company will always respond to tickets almost right away, I was shocked the iRO GMs were on top of it that fast, espicially for being so late at night; this put much trust into the GMs, and I appreciate it.
Keep kicking ass iRO, and lets keep this old game alive and well- one of the greatest MMOS of all time hands down (Diablo 3's fail brought me here)
PS: I read last night that the subscription service is cancelled and VIP is account based (which I've known, but not the subscription cancellation part.) Dont you think you should should combined valk-ymir-yggdasil? that would make that server a steady 3k in population.
