at the end of the game, players got 50 valor pts and items right?
The items the player get depends on what? Is it contribution or randoms?

it's totaly random. There's a minimum of two items given at the end, max is 4.

the whole pt receive valor points at the end, then among the 4 people - on the worst scenario - 2 will get something 2 won't.

Only Premium Account will affect Valor rewards in dungeons (10% bonus). The Valor reward passive skill only applies to Union related quests.Is it normal that my char have valor points bonus skill and have only 50points ?

Speaking of those "union quests", Did you guys ever fix them, I saw the threads pertaining to the Righteous Crusaders quest "training gloves" and also the thread for the JO "necessity of a new shrine (2)", however, they don't seem to be working again :/
I've asked Qilin for info regarding the shout times for the wiki, but not heard anything from him in a while, any Ideas as to why they might have gone "poof"

OK updating this topic to undo what was said before.
The shout quests in Junon (in particular) go off when they are available. They become available when the NPC resets his counter, so the exact time cannot be given out with any accuracy. But basically if a quest allows 10 people to do it - a 24 hour timer starts after the 10th person does it. After the timer hits 0, the counter resets so another 10 people can do it. Other shout quests may work differently, but the shrine building one works this way.
NPCs count the number of players that do certain quests each day - there was an error however in their reset timer. I corrected the error but this fix wont go in until we patch again. I manually reset the NPCs' counters so the quests are available for now (until a certain number of completions).
Also... I did fix the Grunter Axe quest bug if anyone was interested ;-)
