WoE 2.0 guild dungeon improvement

Put a Gloom in the Rachel guild dungeon and a vesper in the Juno guild dungeon.

Vesper respawn time: approximately 8 hours

Gloom respawn time: approximately 20 hours

Also, it would be cool if the rachel guild dungeon had the 113 bgm and I guess the juno would have 89.

The respawn times would have to be longer by far for that to be balanced, but I support this change.

Lets use Eddga as an example. In his natural habitat, he has a spawn time of 2 hours. In payon GD, 8 hours.

So rachel GD gloom would want a 20 hour respawn (4x 5 hours), and juno GD vesper would want an 8 hour (4x 2 hour) respawn.

I was under the impression that an eddga in payon GDs would respawn anywhere from 2-8 hours. Is that not correct?

And yes, I do see that gloom's natural respawn time is longer, so I can at least adjust that a little for right now.

GD Eddga spawn time is 8 hrs, presumably with 10 minute variance.
