Sure, after you hit 99 and trans maybe.
Come on, it's day 3, start over if you can't live with the messed up points. You most likely are not even 6x yet, no big loss.

I really hope we won't be able to, or if we can, I'd like to see it be very limited. I really don't like the idea of people making a leveling build till 99/50 and then just re-stating to the perfect WoE/PvP/MVP build. People should have to work for it like they used to.
