On the patcher, click on the Settings button, go to the Advanced Tab and click Check All.

If that doesn't work for you, make sure that the game is running in Administrator mode so it can patch and load properly.

I appreciate your attempt to help, but that didn't work, as it usually doesn't =P.

I had done a reformat, and some softwares hadn't been installed, including .net framework by microsoft, which fixed my problem.

Sorry I didn't answer your question more directly; for my particular problem, I had to download the latest version of microsoft .net framewort. You can check if you have it installed on your computer by going to control panel > add or remove hardware. Hope I was of some help.

Link to the most recent .Net Framework from Microsoft.

4.5 - http://download.micr..._Full_setup.exe

If the problem persists, you may also need the previous version, .Net Framework 3.5 ( Which is pre-installed on any new Win7 Installation ).

3.5 - http://download.micr...etFx35setup.exe

The funny thing here is, Rose doesn't make use of the .NET framework at all.
