odd.. I'm taking more damage from Gold Acidus with a +9 anti-large stone buckler than with a +7 dragoon buckler (regular)

Just my imagination? Fixing this in Renewal?

This is correct behavior:

Anti-large stoner = 25% + 5% = 30% reduction from large monsters. Acidus is large, so 30% reduction.

Dragoon Stoner = 30% reduct vs dragon, 5% reduct from large. Acidus is large dragon, so (1-.3)*(1-.05)= 33.5% reduction.

If you're wearing the Baby Dragon Hat, which has what, +10%? +15% reduction vs dragons, that would make the Dragoon's advantage larger;

If it's +15% (i don't remember which it is) the reductions become 40.5% and 47.75% respectively; if only +10%, they'd be 37% and 43%, respectively.

Not wearing a Baby Dragon or any other gear that reduces dmg from dragons.
I figured that both should give 30% reduction when used alone.. but it seems the stone buckler gives less. Maybe it's just my imagination but mobs felt smaller after I switched ^^
