I know it gets mentioned once a month but I dont remember the last time I have hear anything about its return.
Any idea when summoner is coming back?

my guess is they still have their hands full with Classic server issues (their work force is a tad limited i hear)
They've stated that theres a huge problem with some coding on the cooldown timer for the summoner that they clearly stated they don't want to go live with as long as its broke
plus with the anniversary stuff and the upcoming WOE upgrade (coming soon!) it probably got dropped a tad on priority
