Payon maps: Payon is a prime location for bots because there are few aggressive mobs and they give good experience and drop strawberries and other sought after loot.
pay_fild02: Known as the wolf map. Many low level bots, they tend to pick up only certain items and farm strawberries.
pay_fild06: Southwest of Alberta, where spores are. Many low level bots.
pay_fild08: East of Payon, where smokies are. Bots hunt for cards and kitty bands. Some bots may wear kitty bands, do not be fooled.
pay_dun00: Bots can be aggressive and kill steal or loot.
Morroc maps: A few good leveling areas for mid level 1st classes.
mor_fild13: Pecos, elder willows, and snakes. This is where thief bots mainly level to be gank rogues. They do not pick up their loot.
mor_fild18: Known as the hode map. Many mid level bots here, especially long range classes such as mage and archer. Most bots do not pick up loot.

Also, it wouldn't hurt for players to check some of those maps I posted above. I will be adding more over time, and maybe I'll make a separate thread about it.

Guys. Just take screenshots and send them through the Warp Portal support. Xellie made this guide for a reason.

Yeah, I really think there needs to be an OPEN collab on this issue, because I just don't feel an gratification reporting when holding back an army as one individual. I think a map that we edit to show the bot populace would be helpful, as well as people posting how many they've reported and etc (obv excluding chara names)

in-game gm summoning. he/she teleports to the map, locates the character suspected of botting and bans on the spot.. fast and easy. requires gms to work inside the game though
hmm would be nice, but would require a GM to be online 24/7. a little unrealistic
i've encountered some bots that teleport as soon as they show up on my screen. they also walk SUPER fast. can anyone tell me how, if possible, to get their names? i've tried right-clicking to pull up the menu but i'm always too slow and can't click them fast enough...

Payon:
pay_fild11: A relatively small map with an insanely high density of Spores.
Izlude:
iz_dun01: Thara Frogs, Vadons, Hydras.
iz_dun03: Marcs, Phens, Marine Spheres.
Mjolnir:
mjo_dun03: Skel Workers

for large organizations like zeny companies, they can produce huge amounts of bots so no matter how many you ban they will come back with 3 times as more.
as for individual players, sure you'll stop some, but some people have this down so well that even if you watched them 24/7 they could probably get away with it.
imo, just leave the bots alone. let the gms deal with it and move on with your life.

I already am.you know if you guys spent as much time complaining about bots, finding bots, reporting bots, and then posting on this thread on how to help other people catch bots. Then i bet most of you could be higher level, and have more gear than most of the bots on this server.

The GMs job is to act on reports lol.

Unfortunately, the update is only for Renewal servers, which means that Classic is without this nifty tool; unfortunate, seeing as a good number of the QQ-bot threads are for Classic.
Explaining any issues with the REC feature, and how to incorporate it into bot reports would be beneficial, Xelliebelly.

Not sure if there had been a bot sweep on that map recently. However this is a high priority map for bot hunting due to the price of Skel Worker cards.

Too many words, much less action. No tickets are needed to ban for what can be seen with opened eyes.

Xellie, you should add to your DON'T list: don't sit on your ass, qq, and expect the bots to magically disappear
