Then what is it I need to add?
My main issue was not having enough mana.
I have enough now, so what's wrong with it. I don't understand what mnd or int xeons would do for me. So If I didn't have the mp xeons, my mana would drop and I would have to take more frequent breaks.
Explain.

OK i`ll say it that way . PUT DMG XEONS . That way you`ll do more dmg and kill them faster => less mp useThen what is it I need to add?

Just mentioning ''Upgrade your gears with MP Xeon and MP Recovery Xeon'' shows how little you know about efficiency. :/
Enchanting MP is totally and utterly worthless for the main reason that once you use that extra MP, it's gone; you'll have to sit longer to regen that extra mana. Even for Radiants, the only class who really use their mana bar, enchanting MP is a waste.
And the major problem with MP Recovery is that 1 MP Recovery =/= 1 MP Recovery; when you're not sitting, it's actually 0.5 MP Recovery and when you're in combat, it's 0.3 Mp Recovery.
It's all about efficiency; meaning that enchanting your gears with something else.. let's say.. magic damage/int/def or etc, will bring more efficiency than making your mana bar last 2 seconds longer if you were to use MP/MP Recovery Xeons.
explained.
