I don't know about godly, but you can come near it without at least.

There is a trick where you could go in PVP top do your potting, and have someone quagmire you to lose DEX... you could do a DEX heavy build with 80 or so base DEX and lower base INT instead, this way after quagged, get the marionette, quag wears off, and you have a large boost to dex that works beyond 99. You could easily get an extra +40 or so dex this way (and lose some INT, like 10 int). The end result might be 100%~100% success.

Simplest answer is god items... with mjolnir/sleipnir/brisingamens, your success rate can easily get a 5% or so boost over the other best in slot items I listed above, which puts your minimum success over 100%.

Another popular solution in renewal is to sue a geneticist... reset with magic stones to 1 dex/int/luk, get marionette, then add in your stat poitns to 120 base LUK/DEX, you will easily soar over a biochemist's success rate.

Get 4 reset stones > reset biochem > get Marionette Controller > Add stats > Use food/buffs > Pot to your heart's content with 100% success rate.

If you're potting by the tens of thousands, you'll save over 20mil anyway, so it's not something to complain about.

level 5 harmonize is a nice trick with marionette too

using cards that - stats is a good trick
certain cards only add stats if the armour is a high upgrade, poping them on before Marionette Control in +0 gear will give better stats
