It would be much appreciated if old kafra hats can be cycled into the game with new quest.
Since many have been out-shined by better hats but are stilll useful/cute to new players, I've made a list to be considered. I've tried to keep largely cosmetic items easy requirements. I've also tried to create a list that could mesh well with classic server.

Seriously, there are those of here that still care to look cute over wearing headgear that would give +100 to stats and all that jazz.

there is no hat that gives nearly +100.. and let them buy cute hat, that's how my business gets a little extra money, plus they can always buy costume to look cute too

I'm game for the Koneko hat to be put in. I've got at least 300 black cat dolls to turn into hats.

When creating this list I tried to find hats that aren't really a good deal to put in lucky boxes and aren't particularly OP. People don't want to use them because of things like cat berets and rudolph headbands. These cute gears just end up getting boxtered away so may as well set them free into the world.
