The NPC for creating headgears such as drooping cat, and lazy smokie seems to be missing... Does anyone know if he has just been moved? He's supposed to be atMorroc 273, 79 but is not there.

I was wondering the same too. Half of the fun for me is making headgears and there is several i want to do, but so far the NPCs for those are nowhere, even though you can collect the items in game to make those headgears.

I sent in a ticket, and they replied insisting that the npc was in the correct locations

"Please be informed that we have already checked said the NPC and we did not find any problem. You can find the Educated Traveller at Morroc 273 79."

I went back to double check, nope. I wasn't just crazy. So I replied to the ticket with a screenshot with /where. I think the issue may be that the Morroc map is actually "morroc_mem" instead of just "morroc".

Hmm still no headgear NPC. I figured after this maintenance they would have it fixed.

What I find so strange, is that the tech support told me they went IN GAME and the npc was there. They had to have been mistaken. I have triple checked, I have quadruple checked. No npc.

Oh thats totally normal for them. It is called ,,Copy & Paste"

Send in an Screenshot where you stand just where the NPC is suppose to stand and tell them to stop lying

Haha, that's what I did. The first time they answered the same night. This time, after proving there is no npc, it has been over 24 hours, still no answer

Yeah there is a lot of bugs with morroc map, for instance the warp portal for the bar is halfway stuck in the wall instead of the doorway...

I'm not sure what current Patch the Classic server is on, so we might not be on the Patch where this NPC exist yet.

If I recall it came out with Niff, so the Npc should exist.

The NPC is there, on the Spot he is suppose to be.
Just not on moc_mem

So frustrating! It should be implemented. It came out with Niff originally. And by Amatsu, it should definitely be out! They have still yet to reply to my ticket, haha. I guess they feel silly for telling me the NPC is there.

Bumping this, because this npc really should be in game by now. This is super frustrating especially for us who take the time to gather the mats only to find out the npc wasn't implemented yet.

Another bump. I spoke to Heim briefly about it ingame a few days ago & he said he would look into it as well.

Those headgears and the npc who makes them definitely came out before Amatsu, all they have to do is relocate the NPC from destroyed morroc to memory of morroc.

Could the reason he isn't implemented be because he creates a headgear that gives 15 Mdef?

In future kindly avoid bumping old topics.

Assuming you are on Classic Loki then make sure to have item [Claw of Desert Wolf], the quest will not trigger if the item is not in your inventory. It should not be any different if you play on Renewal servers.
