Hello, just wondering if Camei's skill build is still valid as it does not include the newer skills like mega storm blade (I might be wrong.) If it isn't valid, does anyone have any builds I can use or "must have" skills to max?

It is valid. Add Mega Storm Blade, potentially Chain Shield, and the Aim buff. Ignore the monster-drawing skill.
