well its been "fixed" from its previous bug but it looks like they broke it further... 6%? not even close... EVERYTHING procs better than this does... so having spent real money to buy this item im thinking it should be fixed for real this time... and soon... or at least give me a time frame as to when it will be fixed... not too much to ask for i think...

should just call it the trash bag... only the CD had any promise to begin with... and it doesnt work... i know it is only 1.50 per box but since you gotta spend $5 minimum its really $5 for 3 random items... and not one of them is worth 25 cents...

The proc chance is so low that whenever it does proc, I'm like "OMFG ATTACK ANOTHER MONSTER NAO BEFORE THE 5 SECS IS UP!!!1111"

I also sent in a ticket a little while ago. It was most definitely broken before, but as it is now, it's just terrible. They just need to make it the 6% proc chance like the description says, and all will be right with the world.

ok so i tested it out in combination with some other gear to compare the proc rates

Enchanted Peach Tree (when attacking) 2% chance to cast highest lvl heal known
Poisonous Toad (when attacking) 2% chance of casting lvl 1 envenom
Wind Ghost (when attacking ) 2% chance of casting lvl 3 Jupitel Thunder

all 3 are 2% the CD supposedly is 6%...

i stopped once i felt realllllly sleepy.. v_v but heres the results

looks like it procs at a rate of a third of those other items. So they probably need to move a decimal point smewhere. Looks like its currently set at .6% not 6%

Fix it please, 1% proc from rwh and nid for sp works better than this. Fix the 6% proc please.

I was hoping they wouldve just left it be.. it was fun as heck
and didnt do amazingly high dmg.. but people started complaining.. I hope theyre satisfied.

yeah it was more of a fun bug than an OP bug... now its crap... i feel like i was misled in buying this... not only does its original description say it randomly copied a skill (which i thought meant was like using intimidate) then its supposed to proc bolt skills at 6% rate for 5 sec making it a kind of magical sonic blow... instead we get a skill that almost never procs as to be useful... hell the few times it has proced for me it was at the end of killing something and i only got to see it hit once...

The rate now is like 1%~0.5%. Well, I prefer the bugged CD more than what it is now.

tested on my reflect sura
..ifrit mask and alchemy glove procs far better -___-

dont tell me you going to rewrite the description that it is actually 1% chance. Im buying it because it promise 6%.
