im trying to minamize my need for skills that require blue gems. so what buff skills should i get? i want to pretty much hange out in undead areas like payon cave and orc dungeon. and a few other places.

i am thinking about getting Grand Cross weapon. but im not sure if it would be of any use with a melee build.

what type of mace should i be using? or other weapons. how long will the eden set hold me off for?

Well the question is. Are you always going to be a melee preist i.e battle priest or do you want to go FS preist?

i want to stay melee. i have a friend thats a monk that can handle himself when it comes to healing. i fisgured id put at the most 20 points into int for myself. id buff us both. but thats about the farthest id go. id like to have a good solid solo build. but im not sure how to take out the mobs with a priest.

You just have to find the right balance with STR/AGI/DEX and maybe some luk to go along with gloria. Battle Preists do not have any mob control it is completely solo killing one at a time. Unless you get a blast clip then you could magnum break but that skill is horrible.

I have a 10x battle arcbishop

Mostly you want AGI as your main stat, dont worry too much about STR because it doesn't affect a priest's damage as much as other chars since they don't have atk% modifying skills.

Get some INT, like around 40-50, to give you the option to solo heal turn-ins. Get Sanc7 since it's very sp-efficient for how much it heals. I also really liked SP Recovery lv 10 on battle priests since it is the fastest way to recover sp outside of blue pots.

Unfortunately it requires auto-cast rings, the ring of flame lord set, to really be competitive in solo exp compared to many other classes. On the plus side, you never need supplies, and you never die unless you get mobbed.

Transing gets you meditatio and spiritual thrift, which will let you stay at 20-30 int, letting you get more skill points in other areas like DEX or LUK
