Hey guys, I just popped into the ragnarok website after a very very long time away from RO, and I was surprised to see the new classic server O_O.

I love the idea because it's like getting to start from the very beginning which i never had the chance to do (since i Joined RO fairly late, but pre-renewal).


So I was wondering, will Classic server eventually lead all the way into renewal as the server grows and more updates are released? I'm not concerned with how fast or slow updates are released, I just want to know the end destination. Is it renewal or will it forever be pre-renewal?

Personally I would like to see renewal content added eventually, with a few tweaks.

I remember I read somewhere that it will take 9 or 12 months to see the destruction of Morroc (Satan Morroc Stuff). Renewal will never be implemented because the server would lose all its interest.
I just hope Manuk/Splendide fields will be released with this episode. I don't remember if it's the same.

I hope it will go to 13.2 right before renewal with good mob adjustment tweaks.

More mob spawn/density and it will be good.

Pretty sure it will go up to 13.2 and stop at that episode. That's the episode where Nidhoggur got added and the one right before renewal.

I wonder if our GMs have the machine power to make "custom" patches (Things like 13.3/14.1, but with no third classes or all the other renewal stuff) on pre-renewal settings.

pre-renewal scarab... I wonder if this combination would work

It will stay pre-renewal forever but if you get 99/70 trans then they will copy your character over to ymir for you so you can play renewal if you want.
