After that it would be ONLY a 20% dodge down at 90% success rate.

Its actually a fair suggestion. If they do what Tristan asked, it would turn into a 90% chance to debuff dodge and do nothing else (aside from damage).

I had it as 90% dodge down, sleep removed, I think he thought changing it to 90% dodge down, then I was oh crap- and changed it.

cloaking seems to be useless now either with or without the buff as they can DECLOAK us...

can you imagine,if a raider wanna start a pvp...
he/she cloak(maybe for one second,or lesser),suddenly the opponent DECLOAK you...
now,please tell me what was the cloaking for???...
a raider cant overcome stun which is an advantage for mage and champ...

if i were wrong,,correct me...
