i think before i talk...
can you imagine,if a raider wanna start a pvp...
he/she cloak(maybe for one second,or lesser),suddenly the opponent DECLOAK you...
now,please tell me what was the cloaking for???...
a raider cant overcome stun which is an advantage for mage and champ...

if i were wrong,,correct me...

You don't cloak in PvPs. Cloaking when someone expects it and failing doesn't mean cloaking needs to be buffed. It means it was never meant for that kind of situation. Cloaking is for wars and it is very tactical. You don't just run up invisible and expect to kill a whole party. It is all about the element of surprise and using the chaos of war to your advantage.

All good, Id say mystic would of been pretty OP with a 90% sleep,dodge down, poison, when sleep abuse was around. ;p
