The new effect is much more impressive, during the window with 180 aspd it was a big flurry of stuff activating, we also adjusted up the proc rate of the CD. I never said I wouldn't look at it, I was just stating what happened in testing because I wanted to assure you all that it was tested.
Wickebine what is the problem? It does what it says and then some.

We are looking at the CD in Mouth, because I didn't like that it would only do the 1 type of spell activation.

Can't you just set the item's proc chance to do what it's description tells you to? Like change .006 to .06? Easy peasy?
I can tell the people on the GM team weren't math majors in college...
There are some other percent crap you guys ignored like Paralyze, a New GX Poisons. Description: Paralyze A paralyzing poison. For 300 seconds, decreases attack speed by -10%, evasion -10%, and movement speed by 1/2.
1/2, but effect is more like 1/20. Which translates to 50% being 5% instead.
Those effects weren't things we make, those the descriptions and effects we were mandated to put in. Actually I did a lot of math in College, thanks for asking. Give me a calculator and right triangle and I can tell you all sorts of real life useful information about that triangle.

its one of the key reasons people HAVE, WILL, or WILL NOT, buy groove packs..
so its current... and important
6.00% 6/100 6 in 1000 attacks
was what it was advertised and promoted as
after fixing a duration bug the proc rate was changed to
0.60% 6/1000 6 in 1000 attacks
people spent actual $ on these things
Simple solution is stop spending money until they get their

Here is a brief video near the top of the new proc effect. Much improved over current. With a 190+ aspd character it is more or less always on though..

^ Reply on this please? can I simply npc away all mvp misc right now?so, what about the question i asked? If we cant trade in for extra EMB's anymore we are stuck only doing more TI's. Soooooo...what then? If what you said is gonna be true we cant use MVP drops and NOW we cant use MVP equips either...So again...what now?

Read every post. I know I've said somewhere in here about items being used for the WoE update. Basically their value shifts from EBM generation to a proper game value.

I've done my best to stay relatively neutral on the CD issue and just see how it pans out, and I have to say, if this fix is what is going to be implemented, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Honestly, what's going on in the video is more what I was expecting in the first place based off of the item description anyway. As always, thanks for taking the time to look into these things. If no one else, I at least appreciate it.
Also, I've been testing several of the Shadow Chaser skills, and frankly I'm TERRIBLE at math, but it feels like there are a lot of skills that are not working like the descriptions say they should. I'm sure you probably have a lot on your plate right now, but if I can compile a list and try to get some testing done, along with videos (if possible), is there any way that I could get some of this officially tested?

So, CD in Mouth + ROFL gears + MS Monk /w Retaliation Shield/Spiked Shield = just slightly more overdone than before? Or would the CD actually cause the ROFL set to not go off anymore?

You completely avoided the real question i asked though. Fine, mvp loot will now be for the woe update i get this...my question is, other than turn ins and 5x old purple boxes (which is a rip off btw) is there going to be any other way to get EMB? I dont care that mvp loots are going from emb to woe update, thats fine. I want to know what you will be replacing them with to get emb's?
