The ASPD formula in the test server right now is the new 2010 one, which is being used by kRO test server, jRO offical server, and cRO offical server. Yet, kRO offical server is using their old 2009 formula (ASPD = baseASPD + floor(sqrt((AGI^2/2) + (DEX^2/5))/4 + (potskillbonus*AGI/200) + shieldpenalty)).
The difference between the 2 is that dex actually plays a part in the 2009 forumla, in which ASPD in the 2010 forumla is unaffected/minimal effect by dex, making it harder to reach 193 ASPD.
My question is which formula will be used in the offical iRO renewal server, cause that will affect player's build on different characters.

I believe it's the 2010 version of the kRO since we were told we had the most latest version.
