Well couple things.
1st, Why bother with more than the 1 needed in NBeat? Don't bother really beyond 1 in that and any in SS (Soul Strike) unless your going for Safety Wall. Not recommended since you already have Fire Wall, which is much more useful for lvling.
2nd, SP recovery is not needed at all. No reason just to put 1 in there as a Mage/Wiz, think there might be a reason ounce Renewal hits or if your going High Mage -> HWiz.
3rd, I have never really heard that Meteor Storm was that great a skill. I know Fire is good against Undead, but so is Water which you have with Water Ball (more a PvP skill I believe) and Storm Gust (absolutely essential for any Wiz).
4th, Finally I would recommend maxing either Earth Spike or Heavens Drive for fighting Wind monsters. Most usually go for HD as it's an AoE spell. The only down side is that HD takes 0.3 seconds per lvl longer to cast. Lvl 5 Earth Spike will take 3.5 sec to cast where as lvl 5 Heavens Drive takes 5 sec.
