I don't have the time right now to put the current Geffen distribution together, but please offer feedback, on the Geffen field maps and Orc Dungeon only.

I know there is Geffenia and Geffen Dungeon to work on, but I'll do those as part of the Mjolnir area update (fewer maps)

I think the most obvious change is Geffen Map 14 HOs need to be increased a ton (70 like it was when valk first came out preferably?).

gef_fild08 and gef_fild12: Two dedicated kobold maps isn't really necessary so increase the spawn on one and make the other something different
gef_fild14: obvious to overwhelmingly increase the spawn of high orcs
gef_fild10: increase high orcs/orc ladies/babies, maybe add a couple high orcs
gef_fild11: wouldn't hurt to increase the goblins
gef_fild06: remove timers on petites
orcsdun01: increase zombies, add a few more skeletons, maybe add a couple zenorcs
orcsdun02: 50 zenorcs, 40 orc skels, KEEP the orc lord here.

Crud. I guess I'll have to wait till the 9th for more Marionettes.

As for Orc Dungeon...I think the only people who hunt there, do it to try for emps.

But I'd like to see more Orc Lady and Orc Warriors outside the dungeon though.

Don't forget to make Novice Armlet [1] tradeable again. It's currently Charbound with 20 weight->Neuralizer dont work(because you can't storage it).

So would it be best to mention Hellion Revenant's map now or when the Geffenia maps get looked at?


Not sure what you are wanting to do with that quest map. It isn't like a normal leveling map, it is supposed to be a challenge map to earn your EXP and Nile Rose [1]

Set the maps to 13.1 and then just go from there.


No I like Morroc, and I don't think we will be going down the path of removing a lot of maps from the game.

@heim please reduce the number of mimics in There are 2 mimics for every ancient mummy it just has waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy toooo many now. a total 10 would be an ok number.

Oh, I was thinking of just having an increased spawn in geffen dungeon where they already are. Geffen Dungeon seems more a place for creatures similar to Marionette due to how similar Doppleganger is to them. But this is just my opinion since I see them both as dolls of a kind.
Same with how Jakks belong there even though they're of a different element and such, they're all kind of like living dolls.

Animated Pumpkin, Animated Dolls, Animated sheets of fabric (whisper) and an Animated replica of a Swordsman to govern them. No point in increasing the amount of Bathorys in here and even less point in taking them out since they can be tied in to the "story" of the animated creatures. The only creatures I'm not too sure about there are the Mysts but that's because I'm not sure what they exactly are.


Where is this room you speak of? o.O Is it the same map as the Dark Frames?


Edit: I know the mimics are annoying but they need a home too! It's not the number of mimics there that worry me...it's the limited spawns of the other monsters there. Can replace the Isis there with more Ancient Mummys I think. I feel that the snake ladies belong more with Osiris.

Totally agreed! Would love to feel nostalgic rather than CT HO all the time. Split people rather then cramp all of em, players, in 1 place.

Just forget it. I can't even remember when exactly the non-boss monster spawns changed in there, so I'm just not even going to bother. :/

This one actually amused me instead:

The only perfect map in existence that I think probably does not need to be changed. :D


And too bad there's no Goblin Hero in the database to put in. A Goblin with a cape would be really funny to see :D

Yeah, I was honestly expecting the updated spawns of Wraith Deads and Wind Ghosts, etc. when I went their a few weeks ago with some guild mates. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if that changed before or after 13.3, so I've been hesitant to bring it up here. :/

He wasn't spawning, it will now.


I was wondering why I haven't seen any eyes floating around. o_O

Removing bats is actually a nerf to OD2 for people that like zenorcs to bunch up due to loot.
