Ragnarok should have a built in one. On Sakray there is a built in recording option but not on the main servers. I assume they either don't want to add it to main servers or it is still in a developmental stage.

RCX has a built in replay feature which u can record easily with no lag. Then replay it using fraps to record it.

RCX is nice and all, but it's considered as illegal 3rd party program which can get you in sticky situation. For this reason, the usage and discussion of RCX on the forum is prohibited.

I use Bandicam... it's almost like Fraps, but it uses less space for the recorded files... hence why it doesn't lag you that much during WoE...
Haven't had any problems with it so far...
