Can't download the patch.

Hi there. The issue itself has been going on since i installed the game recently, I've re-installed it many times. It's obviously a problem now with this massive passive update.

basically when i open the launcher i get this message "connection failure patch.roseonlinegame.com 80" and the game refuses to update.... I have firewall exceptions etc so I have no idea why this would be happening :S

You might have a internet connection problems or your client got corrupted. Best way is to re-install.

If still an issue, this means you probably have a firewall or antivirus blocking the game from accessing the internet.

I'm having a same proble, turned off the firewall already but the issues persist. now everytime I do the pach, I have to pacth it on my laptop >>transfer the data to my flash disk >> transfer the data to my dekstop pc. This is kinda tiring =(

p.s: I'm using same connection to pacth the client from my laptop/dekstop pc

I have the same problem, can anyone help me. i tried the run as administrator already and uninstall it many time but the result is always the same. it said


Download Interrupted (patch.roseonlinegame.com:80)
The header download request was interrupted or the connection was
lost


Is there anyone who can help? let me know what to do. Many Thanks.....

i turned off my AVG and it patched properly. Maybe you can do similar settings if there's such issues

This does sound like an issue with antivirus blocking connection. If your antivirus has an option to filter web, then see if there is a place to exclude Rose Online.exe, and the TRose.exe.

As for you, do you have antivirus on your desktop? and if so, is the same one also on your laptop ? Since your able to download everything fine on your laptop, then something is blocking access on your desktop.
