I was just playing and restarted my client because it was getting laggy,

Now i'm getting 'login failed' when I try to login,

I've tried restting my password twice but that hasn't fixed it.

Is the login server down or something?

I like logged out for 4 hours to take a nap and let the pc rest a bit and when i got back i couldn't log in ...kept getting '' Login Failed'' ?! What the -_-s this?! And it's right before the 6 PST event .....I'M MISSING IT CAUSE OF THIS STUPID BUG / GLITCH .....Dafak's happening?!
Is this some sorta IP block?! If so i'd like to know for what reason and proof! >_> Ya just -_-edup my evening....great !

Hmm.. you know i'm in the UK too, maybe something to do with our location? But yeah i'm pretty pissed cause all i wanted to do was restart my client cause of a bit of system lag.. ends up costing me my weekend night on the game and the event, and i was in a prty for expert dungeon faaaaagghrhgh >_<

Hello

I think it is a region IP block because they might not have a licence to publish maestia in some regions because maestia has an other publisher in that region. You have a Korean, Russian and European version of the game and they have other publishers. Still I think they should inform their users if an IP block was ever meant to come and warn the users that if you life in this region to you better not play this game because they would get an IP block later. If it is like this; Thank you Warpportal for all the time I have lost in the game and not informing your users!

im having the same proble i cant log in or either my guild m8s, is it some kinde or error in server luncher ?
can any1 from suport try to help us and explain whats hapening? why i cant log in in game?

I don't think it's been a purposeful Block, hopefully not anyway, I've done the ticket thing and they've said they're 'investigating' it which tells me warpportal aren't exactly sure themselves, hopefully it'll be resolved soon u_u

I already have the "Login failed" problem since right after Tuesdays maintenance. Used the Troubleshooting Guide and reinstalled the game but nothing helped. After submitting a Ticket days ago no one could help me either yet. I hope they'll find a solution soon.

I really think they needed to put an IP block on the Maestia servers. If they don't have a license to publish maestia in other regions outside the USA they would get sued soon because they take costumers away from other publishers that have publish rights for an other region. Still I think we should get more information from the Community managers.
