hi is the euro ip adress block on this server i have mi char lvl59 and i can not login e get the 1 windows saying login faile

i tray to reset me password an i get same message login faile

i hope to get mi GODTANK lol

I had a similar problem like this, if it isn't the Ip being blocked, try deleting your Saved Data file. A GM told me to do this, and I was able to relog, if this doesn't help, a GM may know.

yeah, a lot of players are experiencing this, I think it is a region block. i guess we just need to wait ^_^

Same problem here , also i'v sent a ticket , hoppin for an answer asap....I missed the event from last night cause of this >.> What was the prize for last night's event anyway?o.o


Edit : MIku , saved data isen't a file but a folder...and mine's empty ...dafak o.O

Do i have to delete the folder ? And then remake it ?

I have the same problem I think they have put an IP block on Europe now; guess they are forcing the European players to play the European version of Maestia. It will not help if you delete your Saved file .mud. Also great way to inform your users Warpportal, you might could have just put a announcement online that you where going to IP block Europe! Now we are left with so much questions. It would also be good that the created accounts from Europe can still be used in Europe and that you IP block all Europe accounts that are created after 11/08/2012 the day that you have IP blocked Europe. For the moment this is poor support giving your users no information and letting them in mysterie. Thank you for it!

when i star to play nobody say me is only for america i play all time good and im lvl 57 then i never play again at that game becouse the portal not be global its true??from spain

Im from Scotland UK and i cant login since today. Dont tell me the GM are planning to make this game just for US. The game is dead as it is and they want to block ip. Damn it. >.>. Have a good day

Hey everyone....
For those of you who didnt know, WarpPortal/Gravity were partnered for the North American launch of Maestia.
Europe has a launched version already, and due to licensing issues, WP can only grant access to players outside of Europe as to encourage EU players to play on EU servers.
Sooooo, if you are trying to log in from a European country or are out of North America, this may be the cause of your issue.

It was stated that this was the North American release, as Alaplaya (the EU provider for this game) blocks all IP addresses outside of Europe.
