Purposes of the guild
The main goal of the guild is to supply a good home for the bloodthirsty and warmongers. We are heavily WoE and PVP orientated. However, because of this end, we are also a guild who parties, and hosts in guild events, and activities such as questing together, dead branch events, pvp events, and we even practice drills for WoE. In that, we are very diverse. We strive for the top.
What we demand from our members
First and foremost, we demand loyalty.
Second, we need members to be active. We would like to see daily active members, but we don't expect you to be on every single day. We know things happen in real life.
Third, we demand respect between players.
Forth, spoken and written English fluency is a must.
Fifth, willingness to use a voice chat program, even if simply to hear.
Finally, we demand in game activity, for example, conversing between guild members, searching for parties within the guild before out sourcing.
Ranks and taxes
Our ranks go by what class branch you are. If you are still first class, you will stay in the recruit rank. After you job change, you will be moved to the position which is specified for your branch. This is second rank. You will achieve third rank when 5,000,000 guild EXP is donated by you and shown on the guild roster, you will also receive your choice of kafra items worth up to 1000 kp. This reward is one time per person, not per character. This means if you leave the guild for whatever purpose, and come back, that count will return to 0. However, if you leave the guild after becoming third rank, you will not receive the reward for hitting 5,000,000 exp donated again, and will have to return to second rank until another 5,000,000 is donated. Above that, upon special circumstances, you can be promoted to one of four general positions. Currently there are three left. You will be given the freedom of your own title, and be taking on party leadership during WoE, as well as instructing members during WoE drills. There is no EXP requirement for general rank. You can be promoted to General at any given time, and are free to reject the offer. Bypassing third rank means you will not get the 1000 kp however, mind you it is unlikely to be promoted from second rank to general, but still possible.
Applying
If what you read is good so far, you are more than welcome to apply. It is not guaranteed you will get in, but there is never harm in trying. We are looking for a certain standard of member, and as long as you are above this standard, there will be no problems. The must haves are:
Being highly competitive
Free from arrogance
Being active on the character you join with
A determination only the insane may have
Listening to advice, yet using your head to figure out if it's good or bad advice
We know it is unlikely we will find exactly what we're looking for, however there are some nice not needed traits we are looking for:

Being able to help newer members
If you fit the must haves, feel free to apply on the guild website, we will send a guild invite when we can review your application.
Disclaimer: If we do not like your stats, or build, we will ask you to remake your character. We want you to play however you want, everyone should, however if how you want to play doesn't match what you want to do, then you will be rejected.
