You reinstalled the client, deleted patch.inf, or you're running win7/vista with RO installed in program files and switched from patching as non-admin to admin or vice-versa (which has the same effect, preventing the patcher from reading patch.inf). All of those cases should be expected to trigger a full repatch from 4/4/11.after a patching issue.. a lag issue.. a DC issue.. now this..
