guys i just made my account and want to download the game but my comp blue screened and i need the website to download the game without having to start a new account

i cant download the game either. each time i try the window comes up and i sign in and i click the download now button and then it says ur download will start shortly but it doesnt start at all :c please help i dont know what to do and a friend wants me to play the game with him
