I can not add an account of the Requiem to Wapportal, because it tells me that account doesnt exist or is added to another.
1: It exists, because I'm currently using it.
2: I havent added it yet.

What I have to do?

(I want to buy points and I cant)

Well, you can send a ticket and see what they can do for you.

You use the same maill address than in your requiem account? it should auto-detect it.

If the game account was registered under a different email address then what the WarpPortal account is registered to then you will need to click on the button to Add Existing Game Account.

Once you confirm the information and verify the email address the game account will then be attached to the WarpPortal account.

No recuerdo el email que van con la cuenta DonLuigi, xq cuando ma cree use un email viejisimo y que nose si existe mas.

Tenes idea de q puedo hacer? El tickect sirve para eso?

The problem is I do not remember the email account you use to create account Requiem. It is a very old account that maybe doesnt exist any more. :/

Si, con el ticket puedes tratar de solucionar eso, le ha pasado a otra gente. (Yes, you must send a ticket to fix that).
